Data we collect

When you use ShipMyPage, we collect:

  1. Your inputs to the form: product name, brand name, product description, target audience, and similar fields you enter in the generator.
  2. Your email address when you proceed to checkout.
  3. Payment information is handled entirely by Creem, our payment processor. We do not receive or store full card numbers on ShipMyPage servers.
  4. Basic anonymous analytics where enabled (for example page views or button interactions), using privacy-respecting analytics tooling.

How your inputs are processed

AI Wrapper Disclosure

ShipMyPage is a custom interface (often called an "AI wrapper") built on top of third-party AI models, primarily MiniMax. Your form inputs are sent to these models to generate landing page content. We are an independent service, not owned by or affiliated with any AI model provider.

The original AI generation is performed by MiniMax. The final landing page code, design templates, and platform itself are original work of the ShipMyPage team.

Your form inputs are sent to:

  • MiniMax, a third-party AI provider, to generate landing page content. MiniMax may process that data on their systems for the duration needed to return a response.
  • After generation completes, we retain the final generated landing data (structured JSON used to build your download) for order fulfillment and re-downloads, not an ongoing archive of every raw prompt field for analytics resale.

If you have GDPR or CCPA questions about inputs being processed by MiniMax, see contact at the top of this page before generating. We can suggest data minimization (for example using generic placeholders instead of sensitive business details in free-text fields).

What we store after payment

For paid orders, we store:

  • Your email
  • The final generated landing page data (JSON, on the order of tens of kilobytes)
  • Your selected visual style
  • Order ID and payment timestamp
  • Download count (up to five per issued link, as described at purchase)

This data is retained for 90 days after purchase to enable re-downloads and support. After that window it is removed from our primary order store according to our retention configuration.

Your rights

  • Access: see contact at the top of this page to request a copy of stored data tied to your order.
  • Deletion: use the same contact to request deletion before the end of the retention period where technically feasible.
  • Withdrawal: you may stop using ShipMyPage at any time.
