Payment Processing & Merchant of Record

All payments on ShipMyPage are processed by Creem (operated by Armitage Labs OU, a company registered in Estonia), acting as our Merchant of Record (MoR).

This means:

  • Creem is the legal seller of record for tax purposes
  • Your invoice will be issued by Armitage Labs OU, not ShipMyPage directly
  • VAT/GST is automatically calculated and remitted by Creem based on your billing location
  • For payment disputes or invoice questions, contact Creem at support@creem.io. For product-related issues, see contact details at the top of this page.

For product-related issues, email hi@shipmypage.com with your order ID and a clear description of the problem. Creem may issue refunds independently if a merchant does not respond within 3 business days, in line with their compliance policies.

License & Code Snapshot

ShipMyPage delivers a one-time downloadable code snapshot. Here is what you get and what you don't.

Single Project — $29

  • One-time purchase of the current code snapshot
  • Built with: Next.js 16.2.6 and Tailwind CSS 4 (same major versions as the generated project's package.json at time of download)
  • Use in one commercial product, perpetual license
  • README with local setup and deployment instructions
  • Excludes: future framework upgrades, breaking changes patches

Important — Read Before Purchase

  • Refund policy: 14-day refund policy: refund available within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded the zip. Once you click Download and the zip is delivered, all sales are final. Issues? Email hi@shipmypage.com with your order ID.
  • Major framework upgrades beyond the versions in your snapshot are not retroactively included in this purchase.
  • ShipMyPage is not responsible for your hosting, deployment, or third-party service costs.
  • AI-generated content (headlines, descriptions) may require human review before public launch.

Intellectual Property

All 8 visual style templates available on ShipMyPage are original Next.js source code developed in-house by the ShipMyPage team. No third-party copyrighted code, design assets, or proprietary templates are bundled in our generated zip files.

What you may do

  • Use the downloaded code in one commercial project, perpetual license
  • Modify, extend, and customize the code freely
  • Deploy to any hosting platform (Vercel / Netlify / Cloudflare / self-host)
  • Build commercial products and services on top of the code

What you may NOT do

  • Re-sell or re-distribute the template source code as-is or modified
  • Claim authorship of the original template design
  • Use the code in a product that directly competes with ShipMyPage
  • Share your download link with others (each purchase = 1 commercial project)
